Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GTX Therapy website and your enrollment in GTX Therapy's concierge membership. GTX Therapy ("GTX," "we," "us") is the telehealth practice of Miguel A. Martinez, MD. By using this site or enrolling as a member, you agree to these Terms.
What GTX Therapy is
GTX Therapy provides physician-led telehealth services — evaluation, protocol design, ongoing oversight, and direct communication with the practice — under a monthly concierge membership. All care is delivered via telehealth by a licensed physician and is available only in states where the physician holds an active license. This website provides general information and is not medical advice; no physician-patient relationship is formed until you complete an evaluation and the physician accepts you as a patient.
Medications and laboratory testing
Membership fees cover professional services only. When clinically appropriate, prescriptions are sent to independent licensed pharmacies, which dispense and bill for medications separately. GTX does not sell or ship medications, and no medication charges are processed through this website. Laboratory testing is likewise arranged and billed separately — through recent existing labwork, your own insurance, or a third-party lab membership.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where GTX offers care, and provide accurate, complete health information. Treatment is always subject to the physician's independent clinical judgment; membership does not guarantee that any particular medication will be prescribed.
Membership, billing, and cancellation
- Recurring billing. Membership is billed monthly to the payment method you keep on file, until you cancel.
- Initiation fee. A one-time initiation fee applies at enrollment. As a founding promotion, the initiation fee is waived for members who enroll on or before December 31, 2026.
- Referral discounts. If you enroll with a valid referral code, the stated discount is applied at signup. Referral codes cannot be combined with each other and have no cash value.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by contacting the office or through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to services through that date.
- Refunds. Because membership covers professional availability and services already rendered, monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. If we cannot accept you as a patient after your initial evaluation, any membership fee you paid for that period will be refunded in full.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any change to the membership fee takes effect.
Telehealth consent
Telehealth involves the delivery of care by electronic communication. Before treatment you will be asked to sign a telehealth informed consent and a medical release. Telehealth has limitations; in an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other users' information, or use the site's content — which belongs to GTX — for commercial purposes without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." Individual results vary; no outcome is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTX's liability arising from use of the website or membership (excluding claims of professional negligence, which are governed by applicable medical liability law) is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the membership after notice constitutes acceptance.
